Initially started by Richard Davies in January 1998, Anthony Davies have proven to be one of the area's most succesful letting agents.
Based in the market town of Hoddesdon, Hertfordshire, we manage in excess of 325 properties. We also have a highly successful exective and luxury lettings department, and have longstanding relationships with major re-location companies and blue-chip employers. We are also retained in securing properties for media and filming locations.
Although we currently manage a large portfolio of properties, we are always looking to expand this further and would be happy to accept good quality flats and houses on to our books.
Our full management service includes vetting applicants, drawing up legal tenancy agreements, preparing inventory and condition reports, routine visits, check out procedures, collecting rent on your behalf, as well as monitoring and organizing the maintenance of the property.
Our fee structure is not the most expensive and neither are we the cheapest, we only offer full management, which is charged as an agreed percentage of the monthly rental
