I went to our Hertford shop the other day, have a look what is going on, Herts Highways have decided to dig up and replace the pavement right outside our shop, no notice, no need to replace it anyway, then the divvy workmen cut through a main electric cable and put out half of hertford for three hours. Anyway, County Council, Highways department consider yoursleves blogged for being total eediots and totally disrupting our business !
