Welcome to our new weblog, I hope you will enjoy the opportunity to read about our business and other related issues within the industry. This is not meant to be extra serious, just to be able to give readers an insight in to what we do. If you do not know much about Anthony Davies we are a succesful Lettings and Estate Agents with three prominent offices based in Hoddesdon, Hertford and Ware, Hertfordshire. I am Richard DAVIES and my business partner is ANTHONY Cicchirillo, as we could not make a good business name with Anthony’s surname we used his first name and my second to form Anthony Davies. That was 10 years ago and still seems like yesterday. We started out in January 1998 with big ideas and even bigger dreams. We had previously worked together as Mortgage Brokers for a well known independent agent, our first office was at 49 High Street, Hoddesdon as Estate and Letting Agents and Mortgage Advisors, somewhere along the way we became more specialised in the Lettings side of our business and became very pro active in buy to let and in building portfolios for our investment clients, in 2001 we moved to more modern offices at 136 High Street, our home for the next six years, eventually we outgrew these premises and found our ideal new shop @ 27 High Street, with enough space and perfect location to re-establish our Estate Agency. In January 2004 we opened our second major letting shop In Hertford and in January 2007 we opened our THIRD lettings office in Ware Herts.
