As I reported a couple of months ago, Myself and Enzo went over to Cyprus to see our client Phil Skorochod and some of the developments he is involved in marketing. We had a hectic, but most enjoyable couple of days looking at the South East part of the island.

The specification on the properties that we viewed were superb and of a much higher standard than I was expecting. All in all there are some cracking investments on what is a fantastic holiday island at excellent prices with potential also of capital growth.

Myself and Enzo are off to Cyprus Monday to Thursday next week, we are meeting up with one of  our clients Phil who is a developer /agent over there. He wants us to have a look at the off plan developments he is working on as it might be of interest to my clients. Many of our clients are aware that myself and Tony have a very strong knowledge of property abroad. I am often asked if we are ever going to offer advice on properties overseas. The answer has always been no or not yet, I am a great believer in doing what you do well and not diversifying too far.

That said if we can find the right agents / developers to work  with overseas and the projects are viable with capital growth it is something we might look at next year. Watch this space………………
