Oh you would have to be a right couple of wallies to run out of petrol in your van at Van Hagues, especially as your job entails having a van full of petrol and being on the move, I reckon you would have to be couple of wallies of the highest order, most Rodney like, Scott and Keith of CCK Garden Care, lucky I was passing by to rescue you and had my camera handy !!!

Congratulations Ben and Emma on the birth of their first daughter Evie May born 14/5/2010 at 4.34 am weighing 7lbs 8 oz. We are all well pleased for you both.

Bad luck to the Enzlebert today - I was asked to enter the inaugaral Hoddesdon Pancake race but thought it might be better to enter a lightning fast athlete instead. Not being able to find one I put Enzo in. Boyaka, all the local bizzo people turned up in track suit and trainers, our boy went more for the suit and shoes combo, won his first heat ( easy ) , made the final (easy ) and came second in the final ( see picture for evidence of false start from bloke from Intersport ). Anyway, the mayoress still tried to give enz the first prize and therefore we are the moral winners.

I was at our Hertford office yesterday taking some new photos for the website and formarketing, the office has been fully re-decorated withnew signs and interior and exterior lighting.

It has always been a super office but now looks even more up to date. Well done to Linda Cassidy who has completed five years with Anthony Davies last week !!

I am proud that all of my staff have been with us as long as they have which is Jean 8 years, Marc 6 years, Ben  6 years ,Linda 5 years, Enzo 2 years.

No Smoking : 28 days and doing well , No Swearing : doing well, learnt some new words off Enzo yesterday.

The above statement is the worst fear of every parent and boss………………….

We were office bound the other day when the statement was unleashed by one of our colleagues, me and enzlebert did not want to know what Ben was referring to but thankfully it turns out he and his girlfriend Emma have started listening to classical music……phew, we though he was going to say he liked wearing girly outfits or something..

Anyway, must crack on, got to get on the phone and book our inspections  for next week.

We met up with Permatan and the Oatsey boys in Dublin last weekend for chrimble estate and letting jolly boys, what a great place, very friendly, cracking pubs and clubs, me and tony had an early night but Ben and Enzo carried on regardless and Colin is still counting up his drinks bill…….

Here I am Enzo G, another typical day at ADL, one minute I am tying up lettings deals and the next my director the love machine has sent me over to Brunswick Court to install a new toilet seat for one of our tenants, and I had to run the gauntlet down Argos to buy the replacement ! Rich always said you need to keep your feet on the ground and be able to multi task in this job. At least he has promised me a drive in the range rover at the weekend. ENZO G

Now I have never seen this movie, I understand it to be based upon male relationships and has won a couple of oscars. However Enzo has taken to watching it three times a week and Ben tells me I should be concerned…………..

Hi everyone, my name is Enzo Giardina, I started work with the boys at ADL just over a year ago. My work here is very varied and fulfilling, Sometimes I wonder why my work colleagues call me Pike or Rodney. Last week I had to empty furniture from a flat and for some reason my boss made this chart up for me.

I am looking forward to my summer holidays in Greece with my mates and one day I hope to be the real love machine, like my boss Rich.
