Absolutely brilliant,brilliant, brilliant - whilst browsing on Rightmove last night I found this cracking photo of The Red House, Broxbourne. This must surely be the worst picture ever uploaded, the skill levels in getting this jail shot are legendary.

I am going to run a Xmas competition for the worst local shot I can find, and our negotiators are also eligible to prove fairness.

Would you adam and eve it? I was at Bluewater yesterday and Mrs D’s Audi was low on petrol as usual so I pulled in to Asda at Greenhithe to fill up.

Deep joy, what a great place, basically you can only get petrol here, nothing else, no one queuing up to top up mobiles or electric keys, no one doing the lottery, no women digging up their bags at the front of the queue, no one buying papers or sandwiches.

You just fill up, drive up to the cashier and pay, how good is that, in and out in five  minutes. Asda, open up in Hoddesdon, this is proper old fashioned with a modern update!

Have a look as this load of garbage, this is just a small selection of the touting letters we collect from our properties to let. Obviously dim - witted letting agents scour our website and rightmove ads then use their brain cell to put a letter through the door. What a waste of time, energy and paper. I am pleased you have so much time to waste.

USEFUL TIP FOR DIM-WITS : IT IS POINTLESS PUTTING A TOUTING LETTER IN TO A VACANT PROPERTY - NO-ONE GETS TO SEE IT !

The ADL all star superstars were guest invited to represent Hertfordshire in the 2008 Negotiator Cup at Wembley last week, my boys done well and made the semi finals where we were undone by some dubious refereeing. We were ably asissted By Sam Collins of Steven Oates ( notice the cigarette before the game) and James Newton of William H Brown in goal. Our top scorers were jointly Ben James and Nico Pavlychenko with 5 each and James scored the winner in the Quarter Final penalty shoot out. (Tony Missed his).

We were however awarded a place in the European negotiator Cup in Seville next february as finishing in the top four - Away the boys !

A bit belated but what a game at the Al Qaeda Stadium, this had everything, a potential goal of the season, terrible goalkeeping, super goals, mistakes, a two goal comeback from the super yids, a fan on the pitch at the end under the bundle, arsenal stewards trying to get him out BUT above all one of the most memorable fanzone commentaries ever !!… If you have not seen it and you love football watch it at :-
