As I reported a couple of months ago, Myself and Enzo went over to Cyprus to see our client Phil Skorochod and some of the developments he is involved in marketing. We had a hectic, but most enjoyable couple of days looking at the South East part of the island.

The specification on the properties that we viewed were superb and of a much higher standard than I was expecting. All in all there are some cracking investments on what is a fantastic holiday island at excellent prices with potential also of capital growth.

After the disappointment of not qualifying for the euros I have been pleasantly enjoying watching the footie, perhaps it is the comfort of not having to go through the certain dramatic penalty exit we would have suffered in the quarters.

Yesterday’s games between Italy / Romania and Holland / France were a cracking watch for a neutral, and as a result the France v Italy game on Tuesday should be a straight head to head for a place in the quarters, young Enzo and his mates are going to travel to the game, I hope he is not in charge of directions or they will all end up in Lithuania.

What a couple of weeks I have had, busy beyond belief, Bens been working on his junior tan, enzo’s still looking for Brookridge Court and to top it all the Catholic father over the road has just driven straight in to the love machine !
