We are pleased to be the first agency to take a full page lettings advert In the Mercury, fully rebranded in line with our corporate image. We knew that the start of the year would be busy for lettings and this has certainly been the case so far. I expect 2008 to see the most demand ever for local properties and rent levels to increase in line with supply and demand.

On Friday 11th of January I was pleased to attend the Guild of Letting and Management / letting Training Centre annual lunch at The Directors Institute in Pall Mall, which proved to be an extremely successful event.

The annual lunch is in recognition of the success of the students studying and passing the Btec Diploma at various levels.

An excellent lunch was followed by speeches by the sponsors and director of The Guild Susie Corrolla.

One of our managing partners at our Ware branch, Pippa Worthington, is half way through the Btec level 4  for Lettings and Management and we look forward to her receiving her certfication at next years lunch. We hope that more of our staff will also undertake the course to further their knowledge of the industry.
