About Us

My name is Richard Davies and I formed Anthony Davies Lettings on the 1st January 1998, having already worked in the Hoddesdon property market since January 1990.

We started out back then from premises at 49 High Street, Hoddesdon, when we outgrew these offices we moved to 136 High Street, we then needed even more space and moved to our current location at 27 High Street in October 2006.

We have always been specialist letting agents since day one, and over the last fourteen years have gone on to become one of the areas foremost provider of rental services to landlords and tenants. We currently fully manage in excess of 325 properties, from studio flats to luxury and executive properties.

We remain committed to building the business further still, we are pro-active in making sure we move with the times and technologies and are mindful that our landlords and tenants expectations need to be met.
